Pilsner Urquell. Adored in the Czech. Almost unknown in Barcelona. It’s only served in 8 pubs, so we developed an CRM integrated rewards campaign through an app, social media and DM, that focused on getting beer-drinkers into those pubs and ordering the Czech nectar. Cheers.
